Website terms
The site presents artwork, learning opportunities and event caricature services, and lets you start a conversation about a suitable service.
An enquiry is not a booking
Selecting artists or sending an enquiry does not reserve a date, guarantee availability or complete a purchase. The artist team, scope, price, payment and cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant proposal and agreement. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Buying a digital course and cancelling
Digital courses are sold by Muli Asido, licensed dealer no. 304841513, HaTapuz 6, Sderot, Israel. Phone +972-50-957-3870, email muliasidoart@gmail.com. Payment is by credit card through Cardcom, and access opens immediately after payment.
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying. Send the cancellation by email or phone, with your name and the email address used for the purchase. The payment is refunded within 14 days of your notice, to the same card, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. Cancelling closes access to the course. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Artwork and illustration
Works and profiles are presented in the context of their identified artist. 3D environments, atmospheric illustrations and stock materials may be used for design; they are not evidence of our venue, customers or events. See the images and credits page for details.
Using artwork, photographs or trademarks beyond viewing the website may require permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact us to discuss permission. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.
Responsible use and linked services
Do not bypass protection, access other people's information, disrupt the site or submit material you have no right to share. External systems, including the event planner, have their own operation, terms and privacy practices.
Report inaccurate content, faults or rights concerns with the page address so we can investigate. Security issues can be reported by email without accessing or modifying personal data.
