An enquiry is not a booking

Selecting artists or sending an enquiry does not reserve a date, guarantee availability or complete a purchase. The artist team, scope, price, payment and cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant proposal and agreement. Your applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Artwork and illustration

Works and profiles are presented in the context of their identified artist. 3D environments, atmospheric illustrations and stock materials may be used for design; they are not evidence of our venue, customers or events. See the images and credits page for details.

Using artwork, photographs or trademarks beyond viewing the website may require permission from the relevant rights holder. Contact us to discuss permission. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

Do not bypass protection, access other people's information, disrupt the site or submit material you have no right to share. External systems, including the event planner, have their own operation, terms and privacy practices.

Report inaccurate content, faults or rights concerns with the page address so we can investigate. Security issues can be reported by email without accessing or modifying personal data.
