Contacting us

Our forms request your name and a way to reply. A message is optional. Event enquiries can also include event type, region, date, guest count and preferred artists. Providing details is voluntary, not a legal obligation. Without contact details we cannot reply. Please do not include payment details, medical information or personal information about children.

Muli Asido and authorised handlers use the details to respond, assess the service you requested and handle the enquiry. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing or give permission for targeted advertising.

Storage and service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, enquiry storage and media storage. When owner email notifications are enabled, enquiries also pass through the configured email provider, such as Cloudflare or Resend, and the business email inbox. Access to enquiries is intended for authorised handlers.

Artist profiles and images come from the Metsuyarim system and its image providers. Loading an external image sends technical connection details such as your IP address to its server. Providers may process information outside Israel. The linked event planner and dashboard are separate systems.

Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and technical logs for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Cloudflare temporarily uses the network address for submission rate limiting; it is not added to the enquiry record in the site's database.

Preferences, cookies and measurement

Your browser may store language, display and motion preferences, your privacy choice and Studio settings for editors. Security and sign-in services may use cookies necessary to operate.

Optional measurement and marketing are off by default. Privacy choices in the footer lets you select categories separately and change your mind. Choices last 180 days. A browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal keeps both optional categories off.

With measurement enabled, the journal can send opening, reading and click counts containing the article ID, language and action, without a visitor identifier in the payload. Google Analytics loads only when configured and measurement is allowed. Meta Pixel loads only when configured and marketing is allowed. No Google Analytics or Meta Pixel IDs are currently configured.

Withdrawing permission revokes loaded tools, clears known first-party measurement cookies and may reload the page. This does not erase information already sent to a provider. Enquiry contact details and message text are not sent to analytics.

Retention and your requests

Enquiries are retained to handle them and continue the relevant service conversation. There is currently no automatic deletion by enquiry age. You can contact us to ask what we hold, request access or correction, or request deletion. We consider requests under applicable law and any necessary record-keeping or dispute obligations.

For access and correction requests, write to muliasidoart@gmail.com. We will ask only for details needed to safely identify the relevant enquiry. Messages sent directly by email or to a separate service are also subject to that system's operation.
